The Tree of Warmth is being set up in the gym this year. This is not the only slight change to this annual school community giving event. Along with the hats, gloves, and scarfs that we collect on the tree and donate to area shelters, this year we would like you to consider the teenagers and young adults in the age group we service. We will have a seperate box in the Student Services Suite for these items with priority be given to our own student population.
A belated thank you to Steve Culp, Martha Paradis and the students in Graphics program for creating our "Do your part and stay 6 ft. apart" presentation across from the main office. The class of 2024 is filling up this board with their designs for sneakers throughout the exploratory cycles. Thank you again to everyone involved and brighten the wall and our day.
7:45 am and 2:35 pm Google Meets: We continue to use these meetings Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:45 as well as Tuesday and Thursday at 2:35 as a conduit for information and discussion about happenings and the direction we are heading in as a building and district. We invite everyone to participate as these meeting tend to not last longer than 10-15 minutes. Vocational shop instructors are welcome to designate a member to attend the 7:45 morning meeting when there is at most only one grade in the shop setting and report to their colleagues about information shared.

IRC’s/Benchmark Assessments- Things have been busy this year and it is a good time to start thinking about your program IRC’s and individual grade benchmark assessments. Benchmark assessments should be logged into PowerSchool and should include a pretest, a formative assessment and a summative assessment.
Hallway Schedule- Here is the hallway schedule.
Inventory and Photos- Please make sure you update your inventory sheets and photos of the new equipment. Any new equipment should have the serial number in the photo. We will be going through the files this week.
Special Ed Assessment “B” - When you receive a Google invitation for a student's IEP meeting, this should prompt you to complete an Educational Assessment B form in Power School - Special Populations right away. Even if you are not designated to attend the Team meeting, you are required to complete the Ed. Assessment “B” form two days prior to the Team meeting. This is a legal obligation we have with the state and is not an option.
Office Location- As an FYI, Bob Mello’s office has been relocated to the maintenance building. Other than Bob’s relocation there has been no other changes to discipline flow.
