Technical Support
As you know, the start of school is always a busy time in the Tech office! Please remember that ALL requests for support must be submitted through the Mojo Help Desk. The easiest way to do this is to simply send an email to techsupport@ssvotech.org. Please do not email members of IT individually or walk into the office with your computer expecting immediate support. Also, when submitting your request, be sure to include all pertinent information - room number, the exact error message you're receiving, the name of the software you're requesting support with or a password reset for. With such a high volume of requests, we have to be fair and respond to issues in the order in which they were received (feel free to read that in the computer-generated voice everyone has probably heard way too often when calling in for any type of support!).
As the year gets underway, the CIT students will be the first line of support on all tech support tickets. This will afford our students the opportunity to gain real-world help desk experience but may mean that a little more patience is required on your end, especially as we iron out any wrinkles at the beginning of the year. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
