Quarantine Attendance - Students who are on Quarantine will be so noted by Colette in PowerSchool. Students should be marked absent from your class. We are supplying them with supports (audio and google classroom access), but it does not equate to class attendance per state guidance.
Covid Protocols
- A reminder that windows should be kept open and the air handlers left on for proper air circulation.
- Classroom Layouts - Please be advised as we continue to look at distancing the students as much as possible in classrooms we are providing layouts for particular classroom locations.
SMART Goals - We are providing "off the rack" SMART goals for educators who need a jump start, or who are looking to develop goals that align with district short and long term goals. You will need to personalize the goal and set your action plan, but the framework is place. If you choose to use your own goals, that's okay too. Most educators goals should reflect areas for growth indicated on your self evaluation completed in TeachPoint Form 1. Goals should be completed by your deadline on TeachPoint Goal Setting Form 2B. See evaluation timelines beginning on page 55 of the teacher contract located on the Intranet in Forms.

Advisory:
Please take a moment to review and update the 21/22 Master Advisory List. All invitations are sent via email, so please fill in where you can.
Advisory will take place on Thursday, October 28th. Meetings will be in-person with a remote option for advisors. Additional details will be shared in the near future.
Dinner will be individually boxed and picked up at the entrance of the building. Advisors will take it with them to their meeting space.
Please use this form to identify the location for your Program Advisory Meeting. The meeting place should include the necessary technology to allow remote attendance and participation, as well as enough room for members to safely space out for dinner.
Invitations will go out on Monday, September 27th, so please make sure your list is updated by end of day Friday, September 24.
Co-op:
At this time, we have 38 students approved for co-op with another 20 in the queue. The program is off to a great start thanks to your help!
Timecards will start rolling-in from last week. Senior shop teachers can access student time cards here and employer time cards here.
