Special Education Progress reports are due June 1, 2020. Assignments and instructions were shared last week. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Virtual Team meetings are in full swing. Please check the Google invitation to see if you are designated to attend the meeting. All teachers are required to complete an Educational Assessment B form in Power School -Special Education prior to the meeting.
Student Support meetings are held weekly on Tuesday mornings. Please continue to send your concerns to studentsupport@ssvotech.org

Regarding the student-parent phone call outreach, vocational teachers need to fill out column F on this spreadsheet by 12:00pm on Tuesday, May 12th. Please divide the list of students in your program evenly by instructors.
Vocational teachers are expected to make their first phone call to a students house by Wednesday, May 13th at 2:30pm and a follow up call if no answer by 2:30pm on Friday the 15th of May. The goal of the phone call is to check in on the student and explain remote learning.
