February Vacation
Ready for February Vacation? I know I am, and so are your students!!! These next two weeks can be a mix of anxiety and angst for not only you but you students.
The Vocational Office is here to help, however here are a couple of things to help.
You overhear a student saying something that is not a best expression of the English Language. One way of handling that is asking them what they said. Most often they will say “nothing” and you have gotten your point across.
Just as long as they are not directing it towards someone.
Another thing is to ask what their plans are, when things start coming unravelled take a minute and talk about what folks might be doing for vacation. This might help adjust the moment for the better.
