Senior Sign-Out: Thank you to all the administrative assistants for putting together a well-organized senior sign-out on Friday. An additional thank you to all the staff who had to endure the continuous interruptions on the speaker.
Course Expectation Sheets: With many thanks to Nicole Conner, you can now find “23-24 Expectations” folders in your department’s folder on the Teacher - Curriculum Materials shared drive. This is where you can put your course expectation sheets for next year. As a reminder, the template for course expectation sheets is available here, and these are due by the end of the day on June 14th. Reach out to any administrator if you have questions or need more time!
Baseline Survey: Please take a few moments to complete this survey on the grading changes for the 2023-2024 school year. This will be going out to parents/caregivers and students as well.
Rethinking Grading Website: The grading website has been updated and is now more prominent on the school’s site. It also includes explainer videos that will be shared with parents/caregivers and are also available on the school’s YouTube channel.
Graduation Rehearsal: Just so everyone is aware of the timetable of events this week.
Thursday, June 1st, the chairs are being delivered and set up on the field.
Thursday, June 1st, or early on Friday, June 2nd, the stage will be delivered to the field.
On Friday, June 2nd, at 1:00 pm the senior class will be back on campus for graduation rehearsal. They will gather in the cafe and will run through the ceremony on the football before being dismissed.
On Saturday, June 3rd, The Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2023 will be held on the field beginning at 10:00 am.
Staff who are scheduled to work this event should be on campus by 8:45 am.
Please park in the 300-wing parking lot.
