21-22 School Calendar is available on the school website, southshore.tech. It has been updated for the days we've been out of school, a day that was missed in a previous calendar, as well as for the scheduled MCAS testing dates.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are happening remotely once again this Thursday night, February 10th, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. This session is for both academic and vocational teachers. Parents began signing-up Sunday evening. A couple of caveats were shared with parents for these sessions
- Parents, with students that are doing well, but want to check in with the teacher were asked to email the teacher instead of taking up valuable PTC time. So do expect an increase in emails and do respond as best you can in a timely manner.
- Ninth grade parents were asked to use this opportunity to check-in with their child's vocational instructors about the program, their student, and begin to build that important teacher-home connection.
- If you do have parent's you would like to see on this evening, do reach out to them through email and ask them to sign-up for a conference.
Mojo Help Desk: Thank you to everyone that is making the Mojo Help Desk part of their communication within the building. It is great to have one location to look. However, when you are filling out the form, please be sure to fill it out completely with the room # and a brief explanation of the issue/concern.
Cafeteria: Beginning Monday, all students will be eating in the cafeteria. We have moved all the tables into place as they were pre-covid as well as adding a number of single desks.
