Course Syllabus “Training”
Using their updated curriculum maps as a guide, all instructors will complete a course syllabus using a provided template. The course syllabus will be due at the end of the day on August 27th and will be posted on the school website. This session will review the template.

Activity Advisors Meetings
Activity advisors will meet on two ½ days. The first will will map our ideas for events and fundraisers. At the 2nd meeting we will develop the calendar.
Faculty Gathering
All faculty will attend this meeting to learn about changes in the 2019-2020 school year.

Co-op: We currently have 98 students participating in the schools co-op program of which 74 are seniors and 24 are juniors. As of May 28th these students have logged over 30,520 hours and earned a combined income of $400,121! Please continue to remind your students who are on co-op to pass in their time cards the Monday or Tuesday following a co-op week. In order for co-op seniors to be signed out their time cards must be complete and passed in to Mrs. Conner on June 3rd.
Health and Safety Plans
Are due on Friday. Please bring any remaining questions up at this weeks PLC’s. Please be prepared to review your plan during the meeting.
Mastery Connect Safety Tests
Are expected to completed at the end of this week. Please make sure any lingering questions are answered.
End of the Year
With just a little over 3 weeks left till summer vacation, let’s start thinking about getting squared away with shop close down procedures, purchase requisitions and preparing your final grades for the year.
Please make sure your storage containers, trailers and vans are closed and locked each night. Many nights they are left wide open and unsecure. Additionally the weather can get inside and possibly ruin the contents.
