School Closing Checklist: You will receive the closing checklist to keep track of end-of-year requirements later in the day on Monday.. Forms will be collected on Wednesday, Jun 14, 2023.
Classroom Chromebooks should stay in the classrooms and be put somewhere visible with their chargers

4:00-4:45 pm - Students take the Math placement test
4:45-5:15 pm - Students get their schedule (if available) and walk around to see shops with their parents
5:15-5:45 pm - Parents and students meet in gym for presentation from Administration and Amy
Night of Excellence: Tuesday, June 13, 2023
6:30 pm - Night of Excellence begins in the gym and will end at about approximately 7:20 pm

Grading Talks
If you’d like John Scop. to visit one of your classes or shops on Monday or Tuesday to talk with students about the new grading system, let him know. He could be as quick as 20 minutes or take up to 40 minutes, based on the questions from students.
Grading Survey

MAVA Conference
Interested in talking about next year’s grading system at the MAVA conference this year? Sandy and John will be presenting on Thursday, 6/29, and would welcome anyone who’s interested in sharing their thoughts.
Vision of a New School
Interested in contributing the vision for a new school? Email sbaldner@ssvotech.org by 10:00 AM on June 14th.
This visioning process will be conducted through 3 sessions held on Zoom. We are looking for up to 5 educators who would be willing to participate in these sessions. The dates/times for these sessions are:
Workshop #1 - Tuesday, June 20, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:15PM
Workshop #2 - Tuesday, July 11, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:15 PM
Workshop #3 - Tuesday, July 18, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:15 PM
We will also be holding a community forum on July 13th at 6:00PM and will invite our wider communities to join in to hear how the visioning process is going and offer feedback.
