Kudos:
Rob Gentile has been a spectacular leader in his shop. Despite the many changes MET has seen over the years, he focuses on the students. He is patient, intelligent, and hard-working. All who work with him, appreciate his easy-going nature and understanding of the needs of the shop. Our students are so lucky to have Mr. G at the helm. We are grateful to have someone so professional and nice.

Tour on Wednesday: We will be hosting a tour at 11AM on 2/15 for the Scituate Advisory Committee. We will be visiting all of the shops and giving the usual tour of the building.
Night of the Arts: On Thursday, May 11, 2023, we will be holding our first “Night of the Arts” at SST. We are giving our students with creative talents, in and out of their shop, the opportunity to display their creations or perform on this night. Our linchpins will be the “Senior Showcase” from the Graphic students and a performance from the Chorus group. Some MET freshmen will be displaying some of their shop work. If your students have projects in your shop that you believe they should display please talk to them. (They do not necessarily need to be in attendance.) Let Mark know if you have anything your students would like to include in this event.
Department Head Meeting: This a reminder that we will be meeting in the Brass Lantern on Tuesday afternoon. An agenda will be distributed on Monday.
