6.13.22

We hope you enjoy/enjoyed your weekend!  We have a lot of important end-of-year material in this week's message. Please advise your colleagues to make sure they take a look.

Department Head Meeting: There is a meeting scheduled on Tuesday afternoon immediately after school in the Brass Lantern.

EOY Checklist: Please print and utilize this checklist to make sure you have met the end-of-year requirements.

EOY Survey: Last call for the end-of-year survey for facility and technology needs/comments.  Comments must be completed by the end of the school day on Tuesday, June 14th, so that we can have time to follow up on comments. Thank you to those who have already filled out the survey.

Grading Practices:

         Exit Survey: Due June 17th

Grading Practices Pilot: Seeking interested teachers to practice an alternative to the                              100-point scale in a course or program during the next school year. Reach out                                           to sbaldner@ssvotech.org.

Professional Development in Vector Solutions: A great many faculty have put in for summer course work and other PDP approval.  However, a large number of you have not chosen your evaluator when asked to do so.  This leads to your PD approval being hung up in the system.  If you have put in for PDPs please make sure you have chosen your evaluator.
