School Vans - Please remember that school vans are used for many reasons, when you do use a school van please be sure to:

  • Return it back to where you found it.
  • Make sure it has fuel for the next user. If it has less than half a tank, please take a gas card and fill the gas before returning it.
  • Clean it out. This includes any trash and the sweeping out of the vehicle.
  • If there is a maintenance issue, i.e. a lightbulb out or a warning light please let Ruth Drake know.

Open House - Thank you to everyone--vocational, academic, and support staff--who participated in Open House on Saturday. To highlight just a few of those people who worked behind the scenes:

  • Thank you to Bob Moorhead and his maintenance crew for bringing materials up from the basement, helping with set-up, breakdown, and for working so diligently to get the Cosmetology shop presentable to the public.  It is much appreciated.
  • Thank you to Electrical for their ladder work in hanging banners and televisions.
  • Thank you to Horticulture for making our school grounds look great!
  • Thank you to Amy Dow and Crystal's crew for setting and monitoring a system for families to sign up.
  • Thank you to Graphics, MET, and Carpentry for preparing our bulletin boards. They look great!
  • Thank you to all those who stayed on Friday afternoon to set up and helped tear down on Saturday afternoon.
  • Thank you to Graphics for all their postcards and print material for the event.
  • Thank you to IT for setting up our electronic signage and computers to allow for applications.
  • Thank you to Keith Boyle and Nicole Conner for their event organization and design.
