Please remember to complete the Educational Assessment B two days prior to the special education Team meetings.

We wish you a fun, but restful February Vacation!

From the Vocational Office:

  • Vocational Instructors are asked to update this monthly calendar, listing which IRCs are completed by students in the month they are typically completed. Each shop has their own tab. This will correspond with your own tracking of IRCs completed by your individual students. Most of you already have a document set up in your IRC folder. If you don't, feel free to use this template.  Be sure to make a copy of this template, rename it and put it in your shop's IRC folder. If you have any questions, we can go over everything in your PLC.
  • Co-op - We currently have 66 seniors and 13 juniors signed out on co-op! Thank you for your assistance in helping them find jobs and get out on the co-op. If you haven't already, please review the Juniors By Shop document and let us know which juniors you do or do not recommend for co-op.
  • Vocational PLCs: Between now and February Vacation please continue with second co-op site visits. If you do not have upcoming site visits, please plan on meeting in the Student Services Suite or Green Room with topics you wish to discuss. We thank you for turning in your completed second site visit forms into the office in a timely manner.
  • Discipline: Please remember that the first point of contact home regarding a student incident that occurred in the classroom or shop should come from the teacher of which is then reported to the discipline email.
  • As we start our last week before vacation, please take this time to make sure your shop areas inside and out are tidy.
  • The Vocational Office would like to wish everyone a happy and safe winter break.
